Initial Interview/Intake                                     $175.00

Individual Session (30 minutes)                       $  80.00

Individual Session (45 minutes)                       $125.00

Individual Session (60 minutes)                       $150.00

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in whole or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Self-Pay – Out-of-Pocket Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment. You can use a check, or debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard) to cover the services received, and not worry about insurance.

Out-of-Network Benefits – Get Reimbursed

This means you will pay for services upfront, receive a Superbill from New Ventures Counseling and Consulting, and then submit that to your insurance for reimbursement.  Please be sure to check with your insurance provider on how this benefit works.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
