As a counselor, I am about empowering my clients. Empowerment begins within the therapeutic relationship, in which the client becomes an equal partner in the helping and healing process. I want to help people lead healthy and productive lives. I would like to see clients have the opportunities they need to thrive in life. I like working with adults and teens. My mission is to create, nurture, and allow a climate of growth, connection, and potential to blossom in all those around me.

My favorite modality is called EFT it stands for the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping. So, if you would like to try a new modality? Why not try EFT because it is a powerful holistic healing technique based on research showing that our emotional stress contributes greatly to disease.
